Our manufacturing partner; Terraforce was the first to develop these environmentally friendly retaining wall blocks. They are maintenance-free, hollow, interlocking concrete blocks designed for use as retaining walls for landscaping purposes and assisting with soil erosion.
Why are our blocks suited to large or small commercial and residential landscape retaining walls?
Because water cannot pass through the majority of retaining walls with ease (meaning they are semi-impervious), efficient drainage is critical to the structure, otherwise, it could be disastrous…. the wall could bulge, crack or collapse! That is why our retaining wall blocks are SO amazing. Using them in the structure helps prevent such hazards from happening.
Besides our blocks being designed to be maintenance-free, we also offer a range to choose from. They can be light gravity retaining walls, through to geogrid reinforced earth-retaining, or heavy gravity, double skin walls. Proven by extensive laboratory testing, they adhere to local and international standards.
From planter boxes to stairways, with vertical to 30-degree angle applications, these plantable earth retaining wall systems, are suitable for medium to heavy gravity mass retentions.
Depending on your needs, here is a short description of our 3 V-Block options:
